Michael began his film and television careers at TWENTIETH CENTURY FILM CORPORATION. Michael used to joke his entertainment career began at the top as his first Fox film assignment was on STAR WARS and his first television assignment was as Director of Business Affairs on the historic television series M*A*S*H.

Celia joined Kensington Productions the precursor to Kensington Entertainment where she led the Kensington Companies film, television and theatre productions in acquisition, production and distribution. Ms Chen came to Kensington after a stellar career in Chief Council to one of Hawaii's leading real estate companies.

KERMIT ALEXANDER- VP Development Programming

Kermit was one of FOX SPORTS FOUNDERS and co-producer of Kensington's first Fox Television Co-Production with MERV GRIFFIN ENTERPRISES. In his NFL career, Kermit was a six-time All-Pro, a six-time All Star and served as President of the NFL Players Association and Best Man for Michael's wedding.

GEORGE JOHNSEN- SVP Production and Technology

Called a “Digital Production Pioneer” by the Wall Street Journal, George is a serial innovator that has spent his career bringing new techniques tio quality productions. He is the veteran of many award-winning productions in Film, Television, Theme Parks, and Music Touring.

Stacy Taylor - Director of Finance and Production Accounting

Stacey joined Kensington after running the title department at Chase for four years. We have never had an audit with her in charge of bookkeeping and accounting.

Dr. Mahtab Damda, MD- VP Business Development

DR. Damda has over 20 years of executive level management experience in operating at franchisee level with Yum brands(Kfc,Taco bell Pizza Hut) and Burger King. Being trained as a medical doctor, Dr.Damda served as the President of a medical innovation company called Eigen for the last 15 years. He is an expert in corporate strategy, product development and product distribution for companies ranging in size from start-up to multi-national.

Jasmine Flores- Social Media Marketing

Any modern entertainment venture has to have a strong Social Media presence, and Kensington Entertainment is pleased to have engaged Jasmine for our effort. She has been a marketer for entertainment ventures from Live Theatre to Films and Television to Music performance.
